(Salted butter washed rum, marshmallow syrup, orange flower water, cream, egg white, sparkling water)

The Pineapple:
(Your choice of blanco tequila or mezcal, aloe liqueur, pineapple & white peppercorn syrup, fresh lime, habanero tincture)

Happy Accident:

(Rye, cognac, Rumchata, blueberry & lemon zest syrup, cinnamon)

Girl U Want:

(Bourbon, Aperol infused with strawberry & passion fruit tea, guava, fresh lemon, Summer Berries bitters, egg white)

Telenovela:

It all started when…

Julia needed bar ingredients for a family holiday party. After searching high and low for the bitters and wares she had become accustomed to as a bartender, she decided it was time that someone open up a shop dedicated to quality ingredients and barware for both professional mixologists and home bartenders.

Now Barkeep has become OKC’s premiere place to get everything from barwares to educational bartending classes to an after-work cocktail. Find some bitters and you’re not sure what to make with them?
